Create your profile
First name, neighbourhood, one line about your cooking. An ID document for the check, and that is it.
Publish a dish
A photo, the ingredients, the allergens, the number of portions and the time it will be ready.
Take the orders
You accept or decline every booking, and close the slot as soon as the portions are gone.
You set the price. The fee is known up front.
No subscription, no joining fee. Ucci takes a service fee on each order, known before you even publish a dish. The rest is transferred to your account.
Paid through the app
No cash to handle, no payment to chase: the money is held at booking and released after the handover.
You stay in control
You choose the days, the quantities and how the dish is handed over — at your door, on the doorstep or via a neighbour.
No exclusivity
Once a month or three times a week. Nothing ever obliges you to publish.
What to know before selling home-cooked food
Selling food you cook at home is legal in France, but regulated. We do not treat that as a footnote: your kitchen stays your responsibility, and we walk you through the obligations.
Register your activity
As soon as selling becomes regular you need a legal status — usually a micro-entreprise — and your income must be declared. Ucci asks for your registration number once you pass the occasional-sale stage, and provides a yearly summary of your earnings.
Declare your kitchen
Handing food prepared at home directly to consumers must be declared to your département's food safety authority (DDPP). It is free and done online.
Respect hygiene rules
- Keep the cold chain; dishes are eaten the same day unless stated otherwise.
- Clean, sealed containers labelled with the date and time of preparation.
- The fourteen regulated allergens declared on every dish.
- No high-risk raw preparations without prior agreement.

Cooks ask us
Do I need a professional kitchen? No. A clean, organised home kitchen is enough for direct sale in small quantities.
Can I cook without registering? For genuinely occasional sales, yes. Once it becomes regular a status is required — we warn you before that point.
Who delivers? The buyer collects, or a neighbour already making the trip brings it. You are never required to deliver yourself.
What if nobody orders? You only cook once a portion is booked: no money fronted, nothing left unsold.
